When our family faced a contentious situation involving special education rights and a potential custody dispute, we were overwhelmed. Christy Brooks was recommended for her deep expertise in both school and family law. Her 48 years of experience, particularly her background working with school districts, was immediately evident. She navigated the intricate state and federal regulations with precision while mediating a collaborative family solution. Her recognition in family law mediation is well-deserved. Christy provided not just exceptional legal strategy, but also the steady guidance we desperately needed, achieving an outcome that protected our child's educational future and preserved family relationships. We are profoundly grateful.
