Experienced but Communication Could Improve

Chris Carr is clearly a skilled attorney with impressive credentials, including his recognition in Personal Injury Litigation. He handled my product liability case with a steady hand, leveraging his 31 years of experience to navigate complex legal nuances. However, I found his communication during the process to be just adequate. While he was professional and thorough in court, responses to my questions were often delayed, which left me feeling a bit in the dark at times. The outcome was positive, thanks to his expertise, but I would have appreciated more timely updates. Overall, a competent lawyer but not the most responsive.
