Capable but slow communication

I worked with Christopher Viceconte on a complex product liability case. His depth of experience, especially in defending high-stakes commercial litigation, was evident throughout the process. The legal strategy was sound, and he clearly understood the nuances of Delaware law. However, I found the communication to be inconsistent. Responses to emails or calls often took longer than expected, and I had to follow up multiple times for updates. While the end result was satisfactory, the delays in communication made the process more stressful than it needed to be. That said, his expertise in product liability defense was a key factor in resolving the case favorably. Just be prepared for a slower pace if you hire him.
