Competent representation in a complex insurance dispute

Mr. Sweeney represented our small business in a complicated liability insurance coverage dispute. He successfully navigated the administrative and regulatory aspects of our case. However, the process felt somewhat transactional. While his legal strategy was sound, communication could be inconsistent—we sometimes waited a week or more for replies to non-urgent emails. His expertise in personal injury defense from the insurer's side was a clear asset, but managing client expectations around timelines and accessibility could be improved. For straightforward, complex legal matters, he is capable, but you need to be proactive in staying updated.
