Competent representation in a complex insurance dispute

While his legal strategy was sound, communication could be inconsistent—we sometimes waited a week or more for replies to non-urgent emails. His expertise in personal injury defense from the insurer's side was a clear asset, but managing client expectations around timelines and accessibility could be improved. For straightforward, complex legal matters, he is capable, but you need to be proactive in staying updated.
