Competent real estate guidance, but communication could improve

Christopher Mykytiak at Taft provided solid legal advice for our commercial lease negotiation. His background in real estate law and recognition by Best Lawyers gave us confidence in his expertise. The work product was thorough. However, response times were sometimes slower than expected, and we occasionally felt we had to follow up for updates. For straightforward real estate matters, he is a capable attorney, but the client experience felt a bit transactional.
