He represents both large and small employers in connection with a wide range of employment-related matters.What do you focus on?My practice focuses on representing employers in litigation matters and providing preventative advice and counsel.Employment LitigationI represent employers in litigation matters in federal and state courts and administrative agencies. I have particular experience defending employers against lawsuits brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the New York State Human Rights Law and the New York City Human Rights Law.Preventative Advice and CounselIn my role as an advisor, my goal is to stop litigation before it starts. To that end, I provide advice and counsel regarding a variety of personnel decisions and assist employers in drafting, revising and implementing workplace policies to ensure compliance with federal, New York State and New York City laws.
