Invaluable dual expertise in a complex medical malpractice case

As a surgeon facing a complex malpractice claim, retaining Christopher Burkle was the best decision I made. His unique background as both a medical doctor and an attorney was immediately apparent and invaluable. He didn't just understand the legal arguments; he grasped the intricate clinical nuances of my case, which allowed him to build a formidable defense strategy. His recognition in the field of medical malpractice defense is well-earned. While his response time could occasionally be a day or two slower than ideal during less critical phases, the quality of his work and his ability to communicate complex issues to me and the court were exceptional. I felt thoroughly represented by a true expert.
