Competent on corporate matters, but communication could improve

I engaged Christine Lange of SNP Schlawien Partnerschaft mbB for guidance on a shareholder agreement for my small Houston-based tech startup. Her background in Corporate Law, including the recognition she's received in that field, was evident. She provided solid, technically correct advice on structuring the equity split and drafting the necessary clauses. The final documents were thorough and gave me confidence. However, my experience was a mixed bag. While the legal work itself was sound, I often found the communication timeline to be slower than I'd hoped. Responses to emails could take several days, and there were a couple of instances where I had to follow up to get updates on the draft's progress. For straightforward corporate matters, Christine Lange is certainly knowledgeable and capable. Just be prepared to manage your expectations regarding responsiveness and proactive updates throughout the engagement.
