I hired Chris Lamb at Senn Fortis to assist with a severance negotiation and potential mediation after a sudden job termination. Her knowledge of Colorado employment law was evident, and she provided solid, practical advice during our initial consultation. She successfully helped me navigate the mediation process to a reasonable settlement. However, the experience was mixed. While the outcome was acceptable, there were often significant delays in receiving responses to emails, sometimes taking several business days. This created anxiety during a stressful time. For straightforward employment disputes, her three-plus years of experience in litigation and mediation are sufficient, but you need to be proactive in following up. The service was competent but didn't exceed expectations.
