The legal work itself was thorough and the transaction closed successfully. However, for a three-star review, I have to note that the experience felt somewhat transactional. While his 12 years of experience showed in the documents, proactive communication was inconsistent. There were periods of radio silence followed by dense legal updates that required follow-up questions. For the premium level of the firm, I expected more regular, clear check-ins to manage expectations.
