Competent on workers' comp case, but communication was inconsistent
I hired Chris Drinovz at Kane Shannon Weiler LLP after a workplace injury in San Jose. His background in Workers' Compensation Law, including the recognition he's received in that field, gave me confidence. He clearly understood the complexities of my claim and the relevant California regulations. The outcome for my case was ultimately fair and he navigated the negotiations competently. However, my experience was mixed. There were periods where I felt out of the loop, waiting days for email replies to straightforward questions, which added unnecessary stress. While I believe he is a knowledgeable attorney, as his education and awards suggest, the client service aspect felt just adequate. I would acknowledge his expertise but suggest setting clearer expectations for response times from the outset.
