Competent employment law advice, but communication could improve

I consulted Cheryl Pinarchick at Fisher Phillips regarding a complex non-compete agreement my former employer was attempting to enforce. Her background in employment law management was evident; she quickly identified the key weaknesses in their case. Her recognition in labor and employment litigation is well-deserved. The advice she provided was sound and ultimately helped us reach a settlement. However, there were occasional delays in email responses, and at times, I felt I had to follow up to get updates on our strategy. For straightforward legal matters, she is certainly capable, but the overall client experience felt somewhat transactional. I would recommend her for her legal expertise, with the caveat to be proactive about communication.
