I engaged Charles Naftalin at Holland & Knight for guidance on a complex regulatory compliance issue involving our company's expansion of a private wireless network. He is undoubtedly an expert in his field, but the client service aspect felt merely adequate, which impacted the overall efficiency of our engagement.
