Skilled and diligent counsel for a contract dispute

I engaged Charles Vaccaro at Greenbaum Rowe to handle a breach of contract matter for my small business. While he is relatively early in his career, his performance was impressive. His academic pedigree, graduating summa cum laude from Rutgers Law, was evident in his meticulous analysis of our agreement and the opposing party's obligations. He was particularly sharp in drafting our demand letter and navigating the initial settlement discussions, which ultimately resolved the matter favorably without full litigation. It's clear why he's already being recognized in commercial litigation circles. My only slight critique would be that during a very busy period, there was a delay of a couple of days in returning a non-urgent email, but he was always proactive in scheduling calls. I would confidently recommend Mr. Vaccaro for business legal matters in New York or New Jersey.
