Brad Marsh represented our company in a complex professional liability case that threatened significant exposure. His deep expertise in professional malpractice defense was evident from day one, and his 40-plus years of experience gave us confidence during a difficult period. Having been recognized multiple times as Lawyer of the Year in this exact practice area, Brad brought strategic insights that smaller firms simply couldn't match. The outcome exceeded our expectations. The only drawback was occasional delays in returning calls during the busiest phases of litigation, but given the quality of his courtroom work, it was understandable. Marsh Atkinson & Brantley's reputation is well-deserved.
