Attorney Chandan Shankar attended Campbell University’s School of Law after receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. After law school, he joined the Cumberland County District Attorney’s Office. During his tenure as an Assistant District Attorney, he gained vast experience in litigation. He was also involved in the prosecution of serious criminal offenses, including property crimes, sexual assaults, violent assaults, major drug offenses, fugitive extraditions, and white-collar crimes as well as homicide prosecutions. Since leaving the District Attorney’s Office, he has worked tirelessly to meet the legal needs of our community in the areas of Criminal Defense, Traffic/DWI Defense and Personal Injury matters. Attorney Shankar believes in treating each client as if they were his only client and routinely makes himself available 24/7.
