Skilled and strategic in complex business litigation

Chad McTighe of Stites & Harbison provided exceptional representation for my company during a contentious breach of contract and partnership dispute. His deep knowledge of commercial litigation, honed over two decades, was immediately apparent. He leveraged his experience in complex business matters to develop a strategy that protected our interests without unnecessary escalation. His AV-Preeminent rating is well-deserved, reflecting the high regard he commands among peers. The one area for slight improvement is that during particularly intense phases, communication could sometimes lag a day as he was deeply focused on case strategy. However, his thorough preparation and sharp analytical skills, undoubtedly shaped by his Notre Dame legal training, made him a formidable advocate. We achieved a highly favorable settlement, and I would confidently recommend him for any significant business dispute.
