Competent handling of a complex insurance dispute

His background in insurance law and the firm's recognition in that area were the primary reasons for my choice. Chad demonstrated a solid grasp of the legal complexities involved. He provided strategic guidance that ultimately led to a settlement that protected my business from a much larger financial exposure. His analysis of the policy language and the construction defect allegations was thorough. However, the experience felt somewhat transactional. While communication was clear when it occurred, there were periods where responses to emails took longer than I would have liked, leaving me to manage my own anxiety about the case's progress. For a straightforward legal matter, his competence is evident, but the client service aspect felt more adequate than exceptional. He is a knowledgeable attorney, especially on the technicalities of insurance defense, but managing client expectations throughout the process could be improved.
