Our company faced significant exposure when a major tenant in our retail center filed for Chapter 11. We engaged Chad Hammons based on his recognized expertise in creditors' rights and shopping center litigation. His deep knowledge, built over nearly three decades, was immediately evident. He navigated the complex bankruptcy proceedings with precision, protecting our interests and ultimately securing a favorable reorganization plan that preserved our lease and revenue stream. His strategic thinking and calm demeanor were invaluable during a stressful time. While his billing rates reflect his experience at a top firm like Jones Walker, and there were occasional delays in email responses during particularly busy periods, the outcome was absolutely worth it. I would confidently recommend him for sophisticated commercial and bankruptcy matters.
