When my family was faced with the daunting task of administering my late father's complex trust, which involved out-of-state property and a blended family dynamic, we turned to Catherine Moore. From our initial consultation at the Springfield office of Kembell Woods & Martinsen, it was clear we were in expert hands. Ms. Moore’s nearly three decades of experience, particularly her deep focus on trusts and estates, provided immediate reassurance. She meticulously explained the probate process, our fiduciary duties, and navigated potential conflicts with both clarity and compassion. Her recognition in the field of Trusts and Estates, which we noticed when researching her background, was evident in every interaction. She anticipated challenges we hadn't considered and crafted solutions that honored my father's intentions while preserving family harmony. What truly set her apart was her ability to demystify intricate legal concepts without ever making us feel rushed. The entire process, which we feared would be contentious and drawn-out, was resolved efficiently and amicably. Her professionalism, combined with a genuine personal touch, made an inherently difficult time much more manageable. We are profoundly grateful for her exceptional service and highly recommend her to anyone needing sophisticated estate planning or probate administration in Southwest Missouri.
