Competent in litigation, but communication could improve

The initial strategy she laid out was sound. However, the experience felt somewhat transactional. There were periods where responses to emails took longer than expected, leaving me to follow up. While she capably handled the negotiations that led to a settlement, I sometimes felt like just another case file rather than a client. For straightforward legal matters where deep expertise is needed, she is certainly capable. Just be prepared to manage your own expectations regarding client communication and the personal touch.
