Expert guidance through a complex custody modification

Casey Fidler provided excellent representation during my difficult child custody modification case. Her status as a Board Certified Specialist in Family Law was immediately evident in her strategic approach and deep knowledge of North Carolina statutes. She was particularly adept at navigating the financial complexities of child support. While there were occasional delays in email responses during very busy periods, her overall communication was clear and direct. Her recognition in family law is well-deserved. I felt genuinely supported by her and the team at Tharrington Smith, and I am very satisfied with the outcome she secured for my family.
