A formidable advocate in complex commercial disputes

Our company retained Caroline Power at Kirkland & Ellis to defend a significant breach of contract and business tort lawsuit. Her deep experience in commercial litigation was immediately evident. She masterfully dissected the opposing side's claims, developed a compelling defense strategy, and her courtroom presence during key motions was impressive. It's clear why she's recognized by Best Lawyers in this field. The outcome was extremely favorable, protecting our interests completely. The only minor critique would be that during the most intense phases, communication from her direct office could occasionally lag a day, which, given the stakes, caused some internal anxiety.
