A formidable advocate after my surgical complication

Following a devastating surgical error that left me with permanent nerve damage, I was referred to Carol Nelson Shepherd. Her 47 years of experience, particularly her deep focus on medical malpractice, was immediately evident. She and her team at Feldman Shepherd conducted a meticulous investigation, leveraging the firm's renowned expertise in catastrophic injury. Carol's strategic guidance through the complex litigation was invaluable, and her recognition as a 'Lawyer of the Year' is well-deserved. The outcome provided the security my family needed. While communication from junior staff could occasionally lag during busy periods, working with a professional of Carol's caliber was ultimately a decisive advantage. I highly recommend her.
