Ms. Decker specializes in the representation of licensed professionals and entities in all phases of the regulatory process with the Department of Regulatory Agencies, from the investigatory phase through hearing. Ms. Decker also has significant experience in the defense of professionals when they are sued for malpractice. Ms. Decker has represented numerous physicians, nurses, pharmacists, veterinarians, chiropractors, attorneys, cosmetologists, hair salons and hospitals in administrative matters before their various licensing agency within the Department of Regulatory Agencies, as well as in litigation matters.
