Carl Heckert provided excellent guidance through a complex divorce involving a family business. His 25+ years as a Delaware practitioner and recognition in family law were evident; his mediation skills were particularly valuable in reaching a settlement. He is a steady, knowledgeable professional who clearly understands the local courts. The process was thorough, though communication could occasionally be faster during busy periods. I felt well-represented and would confidently recommend him for sensitive family law and estate planning needs.
