He is currently lead counsel asserting various breach of contract claims against the US Department of the Interior in connection with OCS decommissioning activities. Carl practices in state and federal courts in Louisiana and Texas and has been admitted on a pro hac vice basis in Oklahoma, New Mexico, Kansas, New York, California, Florida, Delaware, and Wyoming.
