Communication was functional but not proactive; I often had to follow up for updates, and responses sometimes took longer than I would have liked. While her legal work was technically proficient, I didn't feel a strong sense of partnership or that my case was a top priority. For a straightforward matter where you need capable legal drafting and negotiation, Camille is a solid choice. For clients who desire more frequent touchpoints and a feeling of being closely guided through every step, expectations may need to be managed. She is clearly knowledgeable, as her recognition suggests, but the client service aspect felt just adequate.
