Competent corporate guidance, but communication could be more consistent

I engaged Camille Côté of Norton Rose Fulbright to assist with the formation of a new LLC and the drafting of our initial operating agreement. As a corporate attorney recognized in her field, her foundational knowledge of corporate law was evident. She was able to efficiently navigate the core structural requirements and the documents she produced were technically sound. Her background in corporate law provided a solid framework for our needs. However, the experience was somewhat mixed. While the final work product was adequate, there were noticeable delays in email responses, sometimes taking several business days for a reply, which created anxiety during time-sensitive phases. Our initial consultation set clear expectations on legal outcomes, but the process itself felt less collaborative than I had hoped; updates were infrequent unless I initiated contact. For straightforward corporate structuring, Ms. Côté’s expertise is sufficient, but for clients who prioritize proactive communication and detailed process management, there may be better fits. She is clearly knowledgeable, but the client service aspect felt just adequate for the premium associated with a firm of this stature.
