The legal strategy she developed was solid, and the filings she prepared were thorough. However, my experience was a mixed bag. While the substantive work was competent, I often found the communication lagged. Responses to emails could take several days, and updates weren't always proactive, which added to my stress as a client. There were also a couple of instances where billing summaries lacked the detail I expected for the hours logged. For straightforward, high-stakes commercial litigation, Caleah knows her stuff and can navigate the Seattle courts effectively. I just wish the client service aspect—managing expectations and maintaining a consistent dialogue—matched the quality of the legal analysis. She’s a capable attorney, but the overall experience felt transactional rather than collaborative.
