Competent real estate attorney, but communication was inconsistent

Buck Sully at Keel Cottrelle handled the purchase of my Miami investment property. His knowledge of real estate law was evident, and his recognition in that field is well-deserved. The contract review was thorough, and he identified several potential issues with the title that saved us future headaches. However, the experience was mixed. There were significant delays in receiving responses to emails, sometimes taking several business days, which added stress during the negotiation phase. While the legal work was solid and he clearly knows his stuff, the overall client service and communication tempo felt just adequate. I would recommend him for his expertise but would set clear expectations about response times upfront.
