Our company faced a daunting environmental compliance issue related to a legacy site, with potential for significant regulatory penalties. We engaged Bryan Franey at Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, and the decision was instrumental. Bryan’s deep, 23-year background in environmental law was immediately apparent. He didn't just recite regulations; his unique undergraduate focus in energy and information systems allowed him to dissect our technical data and craft a compliance strategy that was both pragmatic and defensible. His counsel, recognized in the field, guided us through negotiations with the state agency, resulting in a favorable settlement that avoided litigation. Bryan’s professionalism and ability to translate complex legal and technical concepts into clear business advice were exceptional. He is a strategic partner we will rely on for any future environmental or energy matters.
