Expert Guidance Through a Complex Insurance Denial

When our medical device company faced a major coverage denial from a national insurer, we turned to Bruce Platt. His deep background in both healthcare and insurance law was immediately apparent. Bruce and his team at Akerman meticulously dissected the policy and our technology's clinical data, crafting a compelling case that went beyond standard appeals. His three decades of experience, particularly in this niche, were invaluable. The matter was resolved favorably without protracted litigation. Bruce's recognition in health care law is well-deserved; he is a strategic thinker who delivers results.
