A competent attorney, but communication could improve

Bridget Sullivan handled a complex trust modification for our family. Her deep experience, including her Lawyer of the Year recognition in Trusts and Estates, was evident in her strategic approach. She clearly knows tax law inside and out. However, for a client, the process felt somewhat distant. Responses to emails often took several business days, and explanations, while technically precise, weren't always tailored for laypeople. We achieved a solid outcome, which is paramount, but the client experience felt more transactional than collaborative. For straightforward, high-stakes matters, her three decades of Denver practice make her a safe choice, but set clear expectations on communication timelines.
