Briana Matuszko capably represented my company in a sensitive wrongful termination case. Her background in labor and employment litigation was evident, and her analysis was thorough. The outcome was ultimately satisfactory. However, communication was sometimes inconsistent, with occasional delays in returning calls or emails that added to our stress. While her legal expertise from Nixon Peabody is solid, the client service aspect felt just adequate. She is a knowledgeable attorney, but managing expectations and responsiveness could be improved.
