When my family was faced with the daunting task of creating a comprehensive care plan for my aging mother, who also has special needs, we turned to Brian Jenney at Kemp Klein. From our first consultation, his 26 years of experience were evident. He didn't just draft documents; he took the time to understand our family's unique dynamics and long-term financial concerns. Mr. Jenney expertly guided us through establishing a special needs trust and durable powers of attorney, ensuring my mother's care and assets would be managed according to her wishes. His dual recognition in both Elder Law and Tax Law proved invaluable, as he structured everything to be as tax-efficient as possible. The process was complex, involving both immediate planning and future administration considerations, but he explained every step in clear, understandable terms. His professionalism was matched by genuine compassion for our situation. It’s no surprise he was recognized as Lawyer of the Year. We now have complete peace of mind, knowing our plans are legally sound and tailored precisely to our needs. I cannot recommend Brian Jenney highly enough for anyone navigating elder law or estate planning in the Troy area.
