Competent but communication could be more consistent

Brian Sherr handled the commercial lease negotiation for our small business expansion in Jacksonville. His deep knowledge of Florida real estate law, backed by his 18 years of experience and recognition in the field, was evident in the final contract, which was solid. However, the process felt somewhat transactional. Responses to emails were sometimes delayed, and we occasionally had to follow up for updates. While the legal outcome was satisfactory, the overall client experience was just adequate. He is clearly an expert, but the service aspect didn't quite match the legal acumen.
