Invaluable Guidance on a Complex Land Use Project

Brian Fish provided exceptional counsel on a challenging land use and environmental approval process for our commercial development in San Diego. His deep, 29-year expertise in California real estate law was immediately apparent. He expertly navigated the public contracting requirements and environmental regulations, saving us significant time and mitigating risk. His recognized focus on real estate litigation and 1031 exchanges also proved crucial when unexpected title issues arose. Brian is a consummate professional—strategic, responsive, and remarkably clear in explaining complex legal matters. We achieved a successful outcome because of his guidance.
