I hired Brenden Collins at Galloway Johnson Tompkins Burr & Smith to handle a sensitive neighbor dispute involving property line encroachment and nuisance claims. While his professional profile indicates he is newer to the bar, his approach was anything but inexperienced. He demonstrated a solid, practical grasp of Florida property law and was particularly adept at explaining the local Jacksonville ordinances that applied to our situation. His strategy focused on a firm but reasonable initial demand letter, which ultimately led to a favorable settlement without the need for protracted litigation, saving significant time and expense. Brenden was patient, listened carefully to my concerns, and made me feel like a priority. The only slight critique, and the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars, is that during the initial information-gathering phase, there were a couple of instances where email responses took a full business day or slightly more. That said, once we were actively engaged, his communication was consistent. I would confidently recommend him for general civil matters and appreciate the capable representation he provided.
