The transaction closed successfully, which was the primary goal. However, my experience was a mixed bag. While Brendan is clearly knowledgeable, there were noticeable delays in email responses, sometimes taking several business days for a reply on time-sensitive matters. This created some unnecessary anxiety during the process. For a straightforward transaction, his over two years of dedicated focus in this area is likely sufficient, but I expected more proactive updates given the complexity we faced.
