He correctly identified the key legal pitfalls and provided a solid strategy that ultimately protected the company from a wrongful termination claim. His knowledge of Rhode Island employment law is evident. However, my experience was a mixed bag. While the final outcome was satisfactory, there were noticeable delays in receiving responses to emails, sometimes stretching several business days, which added to my stress during a time-sensitive matter. Our initial consultation set clear expectations on legal strategy, but the process and timeline for document revisions felt less defined. For straightforward legal advice, Brendan is undoubtedly competent and his firm's reputation is well-earned. For clients who prioritize frequent, proactive updates and very tight timelines, the communication flow might not fully meet expectations. He is a knowledgeable attorney who delivered on the core legal work, but the client service aspect felt merely adequate.
