Proficient Advocate with Room for Improvement

I engaged Bradley Caldwell from Caldwell Cassady & Curry for a disputed patent issue concerning my small tech start-up. With years of experience in intellectual property litigation and his recognition as Lawyer of the Year in this field, I had high expectations. Brad demonstrated competence in the courtroom and managed to navigate the complex legal landscape effectively. However, communication could have been better, as there were instances where I felt left in the dark about the progress of my case. Wait times for updates and meetings were occasionally longer than anticipated, which added to my stress during an already challenging time. Nonetheless, I appreciated Brad's expertise and would consider working with him again if the need arises, but with the hope for more regular and transparent communication.
