Invaluable Counsel for Our Company's Acquisition

Bradley Cashman provided exceptional guidance during our company's recent acquisition of a smaller competitor. His 16 years of experience in general business law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, was immediately evident. Brad didn't just handle the paperwork; he strategically advised our ownership team through every phase, from initial capital structuring discussions to the final financing arrangements. His deep understanding of business organizations, for which he's been formally recognized, was crucial in navigating the complexities of merging two separate LLC entities. Based in Minneapolis with Monroe Moxness Berg, Brad combines local market knowledge with a sophisticated transactional skill set. He is responsive, pragmatic, and explains legal intricacies in clear business terms. The transaction closed smoothly and on schedule, positioning us for significant growth. I recommend him without reservation to any business owner facing a complex transaction.
