Competent IP guidance, though communication could improve

Response times to emails were occasionally slower than expected, and some explanations of procedural steps felt rushed, leaving me with follow-up questions. The work product was technically sound, but the client communication aspect felt just adequate, which is why I'm giving a middle-of-the-road rating.
