Shirley Perez
I engaged Bradley Sklar at Dentons Sirote for guidance on restructuring my family's small manufacturing business into an LLC, a process with significant tax implications. His deep expertise in business organizations and tax law, backed by his NYU LL.M. and leadership role in the firm's national tax group, was evident. He correctly navigated the complex Alabama and federal regulations, and his recognition as a multi-time 'Lawyer of the Year' in this field is well-earned. The final work product was technically sound. However, the experience was somewhat frustrating due to communication delays. Responses to emails often took several days, and there were instances where I felt I had to follow up to get updates on the timeline. For straightforward, high-stakes tax and entity matters, his nearly four decades of experience make him a reliable choice. Just be prepared to manage expectations around responsiveness and proactively seek updates if your matter is time-sensitive.
