Indispensable Counsel for Complex Biotech Patent Strategy

Our company faced a critical, high-stakes patent prosecution for a novel drug delivery mechanism. The scientific complexity was daunting, and we needed counsel who could bridge the gap between deep pharmacology and precise legal strategy. Dr. Bradford Addison was that rare individual. His Ph.D. background allowed him to grasp our technology instantly, far beyond what any other attorney we interviewed could manage. Over his 30-year career, he has clearly mastered the art of crafting robust patent applications, and his leadership of Barnes & Thornburg's Life Sciences group was evident in every interaction. He guided us through the entire process with a calm, strategic professionalism that instilled complete confidence. The recognition he has received, including being named Lawyer of the Year in Patent Law, is well-deserved. Thanks to his expertise, we secured strong, defensible protection for our core intellectual property. He is simply exceptional.
