I engaged Blake Quackenbush to represent my small business in a contractual dispute with a supplier. From our first consultation, his broad knowledge base was evident. He explained how his general practice experience, honed from his education at UNLV's Boyd School of Law, allows him to see the interconnected legal issues in a case—contract law, potential liability, and even some regulatory nuances. This holistic approach was invaluable. He was pragmatic and clearly outlined our options, never pushing for unnecessary litigation. His strategy of a strongly worded demand letter, backed by his meticulous research, resolved the matter favorably without ever setting foot in a courtroom. I particularly appreciated his calm, reasoned demeanor, a trait I suspect was refined during his undergraduate studies at BYU. The only slight critique is that during particularly busy periods, email responses could sometimes take a full business day. However, when we did connect, he was fully prepared and gave me his undivided attention. For anyone in the Atlanta area needing a versatile and thoughtful attorney, I confidently recommend Mr. Quackenbush.
