Blake A. Piel, ShareholderBlake Piel concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial real estate and business and corporate law. His practice includes all facets of real estate development, management and lending. Additionally, he represents businesses and owners in connection with transactional matters — particularly those involving health care.A Montgomery native, Blake graduated summa cum laude from Auburn University at Montgomery with a bachelor’s degree in justice and public safety, received his juris doctorate from the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law at Faulkner University, and his LL.M. in Health Law from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law. While in law school, Blake served as managing editor of the Faulkner Law Review and as a justice on the honor court. In addition, he was awarded the Walter J. Knabe Scholarship and was named to the Dean’s List throughout the entirety of his studies at the Jones School of Law. Blake A.
