Expert guidance on a complex commercial lease

I engaged Blair Lichtenfels to assist with a complicated commercial lease negotiation for a new restaurant space in a mixed-use development. Her 18 years of experience, particularly in real estate and construction law, were immediately evident. Blair expertly navigated the complex terms, from build-out responsibilities to long-term maintenance covenants, clearly assessing risks I hadn't even considered. Her background in closing major development transactions gave her a strategic edge; she understood the developer's perspective, which helped forge a positive, productive negotiation. The final agreement was thorough and protective of our interests. While Blair's expertise is top-tier and her recognition in her field is well-deserved, there were a few instances where response times were slower than expected, likely due to her demanding caseload. That said, the quality of the final work product from her and the team at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck was exceptional. I would confidently recommend her for any significant real estate or development matter in the Denver area.
