Beth E. Boyer

Beth E. Boyer is an associate in the firm’s White Plains, New York office, where she is a member of the firm’s Immigration practice group.Through her careful evaluation of clients’ business objectives, Beth advises businesses on how to secure work authorization and retain non-U.S. citizen or permanent resident employees. Beth works closely with client companies of all sizes to ensure that an employer’s business goals can be met while maintaining compliance with a complex web of constantly changing immigration regulations and policies. Practicing immigration law often means dealing with urgent situations and Beth is responsive to her clients when such cases arise.In addition to providing advice and counsel to employers on immigration matters before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and the Department of Labor, Beth represents management in cases before U.S. State Department consulates and embassies worldwide. Beth also advises clients seeking to establish a U.S. presence on opening new offices here, either with intracompany transferee or treaty-based visas. Her practice also includes handling family-based immigration cases.Beth is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
