Our mid-sized tech company needed to navigate the complex visa sponsorship process for a key engineer from India. We were referred to Beth Boyer at Jackson Lewis, and it was an excellent decision. Despite her relatively short time in practice, Beth's command of immigration law is impressive. She meticulously evaluated our business objectives and the candidate's profile, crafting a strategy that was both compliant and efficient. Her recognition in immigration law is clearly well-deserved. Beth guided us through the H-1B lottery and subsequent petition with remarkable clarity, demystifying each step. Her responsiveness from the White Plains office was consistent, and she anticipated potential RFE triggers, strengthening our application proactively. The petition was approved without a Request for Evidence, saving us significant time and uncertainty. Beth combines sharp legal expertise with a practical, client-focused approach. We have complete confidence in her abilities and will absolutely engage her for our future immigration needs.
